Booking

• Receive 20% off if the booking is made within 1 weeks of the arrival date.
• Receive 10% off if the booking is made within 2 weeks of the arrival date.

• Receive 10% off if the booking is for 3 weeks or more.
• Receive 10% off if you are a returning customer.

• Receive 10% off if the booking is made 9 months or more before the arrival date.

• 0-4 people – £60 return from Dalaman airport.
• 5-8 people – £80 return from Dalaman airport.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% per week is payable on booking. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. You can pay into our UK bank account.

Check In & Check Out

The earliest check in time is 15:00 on the day of arrival. The latest check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Do let us know your intended check in and check out time when enquiring for availability.

Accessibility

The villa has ramp access and a ground floor bedroom so it is suitable for the elderly and those with restricted movement. However there are no showering facilities downstairs inside the villa; only an outdoor cold shower by the pool. The downstairs WC isn’t specifically designed for disabled people.
